The Living Spaces

The living space displays the works of local artisans to complement a contemporary decor. Colors are airy and neutral, and comfort is the standard.
The property features two living rooms i.e. a formal living room plus a cozy family room, which offers a gas fireplace, plush seating, slumber-worthy nightfall grey Italian leather sofas. Books are available for your reading pleasure, selection is wide so hopefully you might find your taste.

After a hectic day out, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes streaming access to Rogers TV, Disney plus, Netflix and Crave or pour some hot cocoa and gather around the Great Room’s gas fireplace, looking out the windows. It’s especially serene when the snow falls softly.

High ceilings, and massive windows to fully immerse you in the Heavenly Sunset experience. There is plenty of room here for everyone to lounge.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including coffee makers all variants available (Nespresso, French Press and Drip Coffee), Toaster, Electric Kettle, Dish washer, Microwave Oven, Ceramic Cook Top Oven, and a fridge with plenty of room for your holiday groceries.

The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts, in your home away from home.

Bedrooms
With four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 8 people. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bath, walking closet, sitting area and dedicated workspace.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a dedicated working space. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed while the fourth bedroom offers a double bed.

All beds are furnished with brand new luxury mattresses. These bedrooms share the large hall bath.

Outdoors

The outdoor amenities (excluding winters) are just as spectacular, with a large deck offering both a lounge and dining area. There’s even a space for your yoga practice. During summers, the sunny backyard is perfect for an evening of stargazing and a cup of coffee.

Directly out front, you have unobstructed West facing views of green space and ponds. This area is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including deer and heron, which can be spotted quite frequently.
