This Hotel was dirty

Cons: disgustng, dirty, isn`t worth $20 a night
We arrived at this hotel for 3 nights, we had already paid online through travelocity, but the charged us again, luckily we noticed it. The entire hotel was dirty, garbage everywhere, the staff didn't seam to care, they also advertised room service until midnight, although we weren't able to ever get it, as the restaurant attached is not affiliated with them. We found mold in the sink in the bathroom, this place was so disgusting we lost the money spent for the third day, and ended up going somewhere else. This is the the last hotel you will ever want to stay at.

Could not get towels, garbage cleaned after asking two staff members and submitting a write. Request form. Very limited amenities. Poorly kept grounds.

Convenient location

Pros: very comfortable
Location: St Joseph Hospital, for eye surgery
Nice room, nice understanding staff, that let us stay a few hours past the check-out time, so my husband could rest right after his eye surgery

Wow...time to upgrade

Usually when I think Radisson I think slightly upper-scale. This hotel is dated! Also, there were beer bottles in the lobby and I even saw a worker walk by them and not pick them up. If the staff isn't worried aobut how the place looks then it is going to look bad. The restaurant is great though! Great food and really nice looking. Maybe the hotel could learn from the restaurant and try to look a little bit nicer like it.

Not bad

Hotel advertised sleep number bed but we did not get one. They also mixed up our rate but they cleared that up.
