My room was lovely and spacious. The staff were friendly. There are renovations going on though so there was a lot of knocking during the days, even on the weekend.

The are doing reno's, cleamn hotel, no wifi etc

We had a few problems that we werent too happy with. No wifi for the kids all weekend, the workout center is closed, dining room is closed. And fire alarm went off. Our room wasnt cleaned when we can back from hockey around 5pm Renovations going on so that is the reason for the issues. You have to discount your rates when doing renos. You cant charge market price but have most services not available. Staff are nice and friendly the hotel is clean.

The property is under construction, but the room we were in was renovated. It was a very nice, spacious room. It didn't have a microwave though. The restaurant was closed also, but there's lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were very nice & accomodating.
