Disappointing Experience

We had booked this property for a two week stay for our employees working away from home. Star rating explained below. Owner did not accurately describe listing1- listed 3 separate beds and roomsActual - was 2 beds and an office with a yoga mat2- Accommodation is shared space ( not mentioned in listing)Communication with the owner was difficult, therefore a 1 star Full refund (minus one night) approved however to date only a portion of the refund has been received. Strongly recommend the owner to update the listing to reflect the property accurately.
