The staff (Jason) was very accomodating, as they thought we had changed our booking date and couldn't find our reservation, but it all worked out. The room was very well appointed, very roomy and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. We would recommend this hotel and stay again if need be.

The hotel was newly renovated. Breakfast was well stocked. Check in was easy and friendly. The floor in the room needed a good cleaning. The hotel walls are not insulated well and we could hear the people in the next room and also people in the hallway. Definitely worth the price. I will stay here again.

The hotel was great, and the rooms are clean. It's spacious, with a separation door between the sleeping and activity areas, which is thoughtfully designed. The only issue we experienced with our room was that the heating fan was extremely loud, turning on by itself every 3-4 hours and disturbing our sleep throughout the night. I am not sure if it was just in our room or the whole venting system. Hopefully, the hotel management can resolve the issue, or the noise will be pretty disturbing for guests during their winter visits. Additionally, the hotel was approximately a 25-minute drive from Western University. When we searched on Expedia for a hotel near the university, this one came as one of the top recommended. It's actually kinda of far. I would recommend anyone visiting London, Ontario, for a stay, but not anyone seeking an accommodation near the university due to the distance. Overall, this is a great hotel.
