The room was excellent, very clean, great lay out. The heating system , and hallway noise was a bit loud, but I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this room. The breakfast was great, I would not hesitate to book this room again.

Nice room, nice staff. Only thing I was not a fan of was that I found a half used joint in between the coffee cups one morning. I told staff and they didn't seem bothered.

This is mine and my partner’s go-to hotel when staying in London. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and updated, breakfast is good, and the location being close to the 401, mall and restaurants is ideal. We will definitely be returning.
