From the minute we arrived we could tell we would like the hotel. The property was very clean, well maintained and smelt lovely. Every member of staff that we encountered where very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Convenient walk across the bridge to the shops, bars and restaurants but we ate in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoyed them all. Parking was very convenient behind the hotel costing only £6 for overnight. The spa area was compact but has everything you need for a refreshing pick me up. This was our first visit to this hotel and will definitely return.
Received a very warm welcome at the door with bags taken to the room and incredibly friendly staff. Can't fault the hotel at all - although getting the keycard to work on the lift took a couple of tries on some occasions.
Didn't get a chance on this occasion to try the spa but the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It's also a perfect location to explore the city with just a short walk across the peace bridge leaving you at the Guildhall.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ebrington hotel . We made use of the spa and enjoyed a gorgeous meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and the young lady that checked us in made us feel very welcome
The Staff were all amazing especially Zara they made you feel so welcome. The food was delicious . I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. My wife and I will definitely be back .
Hotel was amazing from start to finish!
The staff were all so lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.
The food was also top notch with plenty of selection
We honestly couldn’t fault anything
The spa was beautiful also and easy to book in
Beautiful hotel loved the relaxing bars playing piano music… staff lovely, perfect location, only one criticism was the room was quite cold near the window, the carpet felt freezing when getting out of bed.
Hotel is beautiful, good location, clean, excellent customer service and nice food.
If travelling with a child, its worth knowing that unfortunately the pool advertised is actually a thermal pool which has restriction for children. Further to this the cot provided was not suitable for our child to sleep in (no mattress provided).
