When you aren't hanging out around the firepit or unwinding in the private sauna or hot tub, head for beach access at the Sid Snyder Approach, only 1.5 miles away.

Within a quick drive, you'll discover downtown Long Beach where you can explore Marsh's Free Museum, ride go-karts and play mini-golf, take a walk on the Long Beach Boardwalk, shop for a souvenir at one of the many boutiques, and stop for a bite at one of the many great restaurants. Also close by are the Peninsula Golf Course, Cape Disappointment State Park, and the North Head Lighthouse.

Inside, the updated interior is a place of pure peace with its soft furnishings, modern appliances, and ample natural lighting. The cozy living room features an oversize sofa and a large TV that's perfect for family movie viewings. The adjacent kitchen positively gleams with its sprawling countertops and stainless steel appliances. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, or even alfresco! The separate studio suite comes equipped with its own kitchenette, living area, comfy bed, private bathroom, and infrared sauna. A private washer/dryer and partial air conditioning round out the home's stellar interior perks.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a surveillance camera located outside the front door, pointed at the front door and front yard. Another camera is behind the house and on the side yard around the firepit area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
