Beautiful labeled property

We had awesome stay. The house is amazing, super organized, modern and well labeled. Every item in the kitchen and in the house is from the top shelf, great quality. I never seen such a well equipped kitchen and the house. You name it, it's there. Lots of entertainment for any age group, from the pool table, ping pong, every movie you can think of, video games to hot tab and many more. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it all and so we're definitely coming back. Beautiful yard with paths for short dog's walk. Little confusing path to the beach but we found it. You can also drive on the beach which is great. Highly recommend this rental!

Father's Day Celebration

We surprised the boys for Father's Day weekend and let me tell you when we arrived late at night the home was just beyond surreal. The Beach Cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the detail Toby put into everything was amazing! We enjoyed everything this home had to offer, ping pong, hot tub, corn hole just to name a few. Toby was so accommodating and so responsive! Just a wonderful person. This home will not disappoint, and we are already looking into booking again for the summer! This is a MUST!!! Hard to express how great this place is

I have stayed at a lot of rental houses in the last 10+ years but this one is something special. As you can see from the pictures it is an amazing property, the location is great, and the amenities are top notch but what is hard to tell from this is the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into the experience of staying here. There are so many touches that would take forever to catalog here. A lot of rental houses that have DVDs to watch but this place has them organized neatly by genre. Lots of houses have board games to play but they are not just piled upon each other here, they are broken into groups depending on what type of game you are looking for and are labeled with stamped metal labels and a clever indoor scavenger hunt. We were here in the winter so we weren't able to take advantage of some of the outdoor games, but I couldn't think of a single one that they don't have - bocce, lawn darts, ladder toss, corn hole, dominoes, croquet, Kubb for gods sake. We were a little sad the weather didn't allow us to break them out. There are detailed instructions, the owners put together, for everything (pizza oven, fancy coffee makers and milk steamer, 3 types of waffles - so many specialty appliances) even instructions on how to make a fire on the beach - and a large 4 wheeled cart to take everything over the dunes. I am going to stop here but this place is impressive, and you will leave with a higher expectation of what a rental house should provide.

Spectacularly appointed vacation property!

Amazing home!

This home will not disappoint ! Everything is amazing and clean. Exactly as described. The owner clearly takes pride in making his guests feel right at home. This home is close to the beach and has an abundance of amenities. The kitchen has everything you could ever want or need. The landscaping is gorgeous and there is even a small nature trail to enjoy. No complaints at all and we will continue to rent from Toby for every visit. His homes are by far superior to every other place we have ever stayed.

Remotes need help

Everything was great except ps4 remotes don’t charge so couldn’t play Xbox wouldn’t play movies and wee remotes all dead with no spare battery’s so none of the movies or games could be played other than that excellent stay!
