Guest Access
Our esteemed guests have access to everything in the home, with the exception of one room in the basement that is locked for storage purposes. Additionally, you'll have full use of our 4-car driveway for your convenience.

Other Things to Note
For HOA registration, we kindly ask for the names of all adult guests along with the makes/models/plate numbers of any vehicles that will be staying with us. Please provide this information at least 24 hours prior to your stay to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Amenity access may be purchased for use of all the Association’s amenities.
Children 2 and under are free.
1-day pass: $20.00 per person
3-day pass: $30.00 per person
7-day pass: $50.00 per person

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Failure to check out by 11 AM will result in a $200 late check-out fee.
Before checking out, please follow these instructions:
Before departing, please ensure that the property is left in a tidy condition. This includes returning items and furniture to their original places, and disposing of any garbage in the designated bins.

Please ensure the hot tub cover is securely fastened and the temperature settings are adjusted back to their original settings.

If you've used the firepit during your stay, please make sure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area.

We appreciate your cooperation in returning all game pieces, equipment, and accessories to their respective storage areas.

Please ensure to switch off all lights, TVs, and other electrical devices, and kindly place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher to initiate the cleaning cycle.

Before departing, please double-check that all windows and doors are securely locked. This helps maintain the security of the property and ensures peace of mind for both yourself and future guests.

House Rules:
Respectful Use: Treat our house as your own. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

HOA Registration: Our property is within an HOA community requiring guest registration 48 hours prior to arrival. Provide all guest names and vehicle information before check-in.

Community Rules:
Adhere to all community rules provided upon check-in. Any HOA fines for violations will be passed onto guests.

Guest Limit: No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Maximum 8 overnight guests.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, hookah) is strictly prohibited indoors. Evidence of smoking results in a $500 deposit loss.

No Fireworks: Setting off fireworks is strictly prohibited, resulting in a $500 fine.

No Weapons: Carrying or discharging firearms without a permit is strictly prohibited, with a $750 fine.
Noise Regulation: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise violations start at $250.

Guest Limit: Maximum of 6 overnight guests. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate termination of your stay.

No Glitter: Avoid using glitter or anything difficult to clean.

Grill Usage: Maintain and clean the grill thoroughly after use. Charcoal not provided.

Fie Pit: Completely extinguish the fire pit after use. Firewood not provided.

Septic System: Only flush toilet paper; other items belong in the trash.

Thermostat Settings: Maintain the thermostat at 70 degrees, set to "COOL, FAN AUTO".
