Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and Gulf of Mexico with its amazing sunsets. The perfect place to come and relax on the back open patio with a high top table or on the dock itself with seating. The front patio with seating is partially enclosed if you need a break from the sun and also where the grill is located.

This contemporary home is all renovated with all updated stainless appliances. The perfect place to come and relax. House is well stocked with all the essentials you need inside as well as beach supplies, such as beach towels, beach chairs and a cart to haul all your beach needs, as well as fishing poles and supplies to try your luck fishing off the dock.

The home is a short walk to relaxed and upscale restaurants and Durante Park or a short drive to St. Armands Circle that is full of restaurants and shopping.
