This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This home neighbors so many attractions! These attractions are within a 10-minute drive of the property. Guests will also love being just a short drive to the beach!

This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, uncovered back porch, spacious living room, full kitchen, full-size stainless-steel appliances, stackable washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate up to 12 guests! The outdoor space of the property is a rare treat! Guest's will have access to an oversized back deck and fire pit area that is perfect for hanging out, grilling, and enjoying time with your crew!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms inside the home. The layouts are as follows!

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the master and features a king bed, multiple windows for natural light, two nightstands, dresser for storage, large flatscreen TV, and access to the en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a beautifully tiled, standing shower with glass doors, large double vanity, and toilet!

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is considered the guest bedroom and features two bunk beds both with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom, windows for natural lighting, 2 nightstands, dresser for storage, flat screen TV, and access to the bathroom just down the hall. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo with beautiful tile going up the wall, small vanity toilet, and mirror.

Bedroom3: This bedroom is considered a guest bedroom and features a full size bed, windows for natural lighting, and a new smart TV.

Living Room: This is a perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with three sofas, one of which converts to queen size bed, large flat screen TV, TV stand, coffee table, bar area with seating, and access to the uncovered back porch! This area features a large table and chairs with enough seating for 6!

Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a beautiful fully equipped kitchen area. The kitchen offers full size stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. This space features beautiful butcher block countertops, and a custom tile backsplash! We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Guests will also find the laundry room in this area with a stackable washer and dryer and storage beside. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental house!

Guests are allowed to bring a max of 2 pets. There is a 1-time pet fee of $250. When making your reservation, please select '1 Pet' even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $250 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing '1 Pet' will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. There are no size or breed restrictions. Having the fenced in yard area is a pet lovers dream as your fur babies can run freely! Please be sure to pick up after your pets!! Failure to do so may result in fines!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

This home is in a prime location in, Longs SC. Guests are only a short drive to Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more.
