Caitlyn was awesome!! I had to make some changes to my reservation and she helped out gladly. She was friendly, personable, helpful, not to mention beautiful!! And, the general manager was the same way!!! Even the girl over the breakfast was friendly and personable. Just a great group of people to interact with during my stay. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area. The only downside was there was an odor in the room, it didn’t smell fresh, but the people were amazing!!! And, the breakfast was great as well, enjoyed it every day I was there! Great job!!

The Staff was great, I did complain about the bathroom door getting stuck, My elderly mother got stuck in there and the instructed me that it would get looked at on Monday. I asked if they could credit my account in anyway. they said they couldn't do anything.

The staff were great, but my room reeked of tobacco smoke that had been covered up with air freshener. My allergies make this a no-go. There were no other rooms available that night, so I had to check right back out again and find a different hotel. The staff handled this process very well.

There was nothing unique or special about this property. Actually I take that back. The water pressure from the shower was the absolute worse I have ever seen. That was pretty unique! I have experienced low flow eco friendly shower heads that put out more water than what this place has to offer. If a eco friendly shower head does 1 GPM. This place is doing near 1/4 gallon a minute. It practically just drips out of the shower head. No force at all. Broken picture frame avove the bed. The mini fridge was leaking something fierce. Pool of water on the floor non stop. Wont be returning here.
