PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The beautiful holiday home is located in the well-known holiday and seaside resort of “Lopar” on the sunny Adriatic island of “Rab”. Lopar is known for its diverse sandy beaches and hiking and cycling opportunities. The house is relatively central in the town, only 200m from the extensive sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea.

The 3-storey holiday home offers a total of 300m² of living space, 4 holiday apartments for 3, 2x 6 and 9 people as well as the landlord's apartment on the ground floor. All holiday apartments offer satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. Apartments A3 and A4 also have air conditioning.

The holiday home has a well-kept 400m² courtyard and garden area with an outdoor grill, outdoor terrace and appropriate seating. Free internet access (W-LAN) is also available. The landlords also live in the same house and are happy to help you at any time. German, English and Croatian are spoken. There is also a free parking space for up to 8 cars available directly at the house. Since the holiday apartments do not have washing machines, you can wash your laundry free of charge at the landlord's if necessary. Your pets are welcome.

The center of Lopar is about 200m away. Also all interesting tourist facilities such as banks, restaurants, leisure facilities and of course the well-known 1.5 km long and up to 50m wide, slightly curved paradise beach (sandy beach). A special feature in Lopar is the free Wi-Fi internet access in the town center, which all laptop owners can use without restriction.
