Magnificent holiday home with pool

This beautiful Provencal villa is located on a flat plot of 2000 m² with plenty of privacy. You reach this lovely home with ample parking and a lovely swimming pool via a shared access road with the neighbors. Very suitable for holidays with family or friends. Lorgues is a charming Provencal village in the heart of Provence's famous wine region. It is an ideal destination for travelers looking for peace and relaxation in a picturesque setting. The village is known for its medieval architecture and narrow streets, where you can find numerous boutiques, restaurants and cafes. There are also numerous historical sights to discover, such as the Romanesque church and the castle ruins. The swimming pool and terrace are shielded from the driveway by a large green hedge. You can enjoy a pleasant stay here, with or without the children, with a book or a glass of locally produced rosé. Organize cozy barbecue evenings or spend your days lazing at the edge of the pool. Both the covered terrace and the surrounding terrace offer ample seating. Once inside the house you will see that the Provencal character continues, for example through the paintings and colorful curtains. The living room has a cozy sitting area with comfortable sofas and direct access to the open kitchen and dining room with wooden dining table. From the window on the top floor you have a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool. The house is equipped with air conditioning to cool down on hot summer days.
