Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless âPets Welcomeâ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the âHouse Rulesâ. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. We love professionally managing holiday homes and guest experiences and look forward to welcoming you to our backyard.
Shabby furniture, poor lighting, and all the light fittings were full of dead insects. The management staff were not at all helpful, all the information for the stay was via links to web pages that were not optimized for anything other than a pc, so very hard to read. The staff were condescending when I turned up at the office to ask about a key - mentioning they'd sent a message about all that, while I was driving.Further, on the eve of our second night, about 4 pm, we got a message from the stating 'it's nearly time for you to go'. So offensive and unprofessional. When my partner returned the key, the staff barely interrupted their conversation, and didn't even have the decency to ask how our stay was.We have stayed in many places and traveled extensively. For the price, this was a let down.
