Recently renovated (2022), re styled and rejuvenated, it now begs the question, is this the best two bedroom apartment in Lorne?



Spectacular views of Louttit Bay. Directly opposite the patrolled main beach. Sitting above Lorne's boutique shopping & exquisite dining precinct. Expansive open plan living indoor and out. Crisp modern styling.



As far as privately owned front row apartments go, is Louttit Bay 1 the best in town? We will let you decide.

Fantastic location and high quality apartment.

Location was great and car not needed once we’d unpacked. The apartment had been recently renovated and the high quality job was evident throughout. Had a great time.

Great Location, fantastic views

The place is right in the heart of Lorne overlooking the beach. The views are great and privacy is not compromised. The amenities are great, although getting worn and the worst was the cleanliness as the rooms have not been thoroughly cleaned with dirt under the furniture and stale Pizza under the bed, yikes! Apart from that, it was a great room but for the price you would expect attention to detail.

Great except for cleanliness and some lights didn't work.

All ok Perhaps cleaners need a "TICK OFF" list..and owners need to stay more regularly to see what is NOT working. We paid a premium and it was disappointing that our expectations were not met. Otherwise a lovely property in a prime position.
