Hoarder with 4 other tenants
It's a gorgeous location. I arrived early as the owner asked but it wasn't ready. A worker was fixing electrical issues with a fan etc. The floor was filthy. I asked if she had a mini freezer. She cleaned out one putting raw stinking bloody meat on the floor. I had to show her how to clean & get rid of the smell with arm & hammer. She gave me dirty towels. I found out wet & naked. You must have strong boundaries or she'll just walk in if you are changing or on the toilet. She yells when she speaks. She'll either politely get her way or steamroll you. The window in the bathroom is see-through with the light on. She lied and said only she & her son lived there but she has 4 other units in this 1 house. The young man next to me loudly hawked loogies at 5AM. She wouldn't speak to him about it. If this is changed for the next renter it would be a bargain @ that location.
