Love this hotel! Staff is amazing. Room was very nice, supper clean and comfortable. Shopping on Rodeo was a mile and a half away. Westwood was 6 min car ride. Dining was delicious as restaurant has a fabulous chef. Would highly recommend for your next trip!!!

Fantastic for the family. Lots of space and facilities, and the pool was great. Couldn't get the kids out. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

I decided to have a birthday staycation at this hotel, and I was left underwhelmed by the service and comfort. The valet was rude and inattentive. One valet asked if I was delivery instead of a guest. The most disappointing part of the stay was the bed. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable bed at a hotel. Given the price of a nightly stay, this hotel is grossly overpriced. When I was checking out, I requested a manager to reach out to me via email or phone, and to date, no one has taken the time to do so. I welcome the opportunity to speak with someone and will amend this review if the interaction meets my satisfaction.
