I arrived shortly after 11:00pm, I got into my room at 12:40am. There were around 35 guests a head of me. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had checking in. Everybody was aggravated and even a fight broke out. I had to check out to catch my 6am flight at 3:30am. So I had the room for less than 3 hours total.

Shuttle took just under an hour for pick up. When I got to the hotel, there were 41 people in a long line for check in with two people at the front desk. One of them was being trained. I am not embellishing here. And this is an LAX hotel.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the onsite restaurants were excellent with great service and food. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very close to the airport. The staff was extremely nice. The room was also up-to-date, clean and comfortable. The sushi at the restaurant was also really good.
