Recently renovated studio loft in the historic core of DTLA. Magnificent views, modern design, a coveted downtown location ideal for entertaining and exploring "the next great city".
The space
Stay in the heart of the city in an recently renovated building with all the comforts of home. We keep our place clean, organized, and minimalistic, so you'll enjoy the time you spend in the loft. We will provide you with clean linens and towels for your stay. It really is our oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown. Pictures give you the feel of the space. We love it and know you will too!
Guest access
This will be your home while you visit. We will not be around. We are looking for you to have everything you would enjoy from a nice hotel, but with more character and adventure behind it. Complete access to building amenities including; rooftop pool, gym, jacuzzi and underground parking spot with remote access.
Other things to note
Upbeat environment with lots of young artistic professionals in the building. Everyone is super friendly. Please note, lots of tenants in the building have dogs, but none of our close neighbors do so no need to worry about barking. The spot can however be a bit louder on the weekends from local bars/restaurants below. Loud sirens from fire trucks and police cars are also something to be expected given the location of this loft.
