Unsafe, unsanitary & unacceptable for many reasons - false advertising. We & my 86 year old mother did NOT stay the 2nd night. Hope this place is removed from the VRBO platform so no one has to endure it. After more than 2 weeks of trying to be nice & working with VRBO to get a refund the Host refused (VRBO reimbursed their fees -THX).Because of the number of issues — especially the safety concerns, odors, and the overall poor condition — this unit is not acceptable for a comfortable or safe stay. • The closet mirror was extremely slanted and looks unsafe. • The doorways have broken wood, chipped paint, and visible damage. • Parts of the floor feel soft and squishy. • Most of the lights did not work and we needed assistance just to get basic lighting. • The bathroom tub has a cut-out area that looks damaged and very abnormal. • The sink had no hot water. • The shower doesn’t fully shut off and drips continuously through the night. • The bed was made without a top sheet under the comforter. • There is a moldy smell especially on the bed near the bathroom and an overall foul odor in the unit. • The heating does not work. • The curtains are thin enough to see through, removing privacy. • There is no deadbolt on the door, which is a safety concern. • All lights were filthy. • No fire extinguisher in hall • 2 central air control with exposed wires. • Broken items on the balcony.• The bedding has visible spots and stains. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! ZERO !!!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had! We left and had to find a hotel at 1am with 4 kids in tow. The place is absolutely filthy, dead cockroaches all over the floor. Roach traps in every corner, and an overwhelming smell that made my family lightheaded. One of my kiddos who has asthma needed his inhaler and Benadryl almost immediately. The AC would not turn on but that was the least of our worries. The hallway once we got off of the elevator had missing ceiling tiles, large stains on the rug and a thermostat that was ripped from the wall with wires exposed. Our 2 connecting rooms only had one exterior door with a keypad we were told to just not use the other door. I tried to contact the host and none of the numbers I was given work d except one. The man who answered had the same name as the host I had been messaging but he heard my problem and then told me sorry he doesn't work there anymore.

I stayed at this property over Halloween weekend. While the space was generally clean, several issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. The listing described the unit as two bedrooms, but it felt more like two adjoining bachelor suites or motel rooms. The layout was awkward, with the “second bedroom” separated by a damaged doorway and secured only by a basic button lock, which did not feel particularly safe or private.The overall condition of the unit was dated and in need of maintenance. Lighting was limited to two floor lamps, one of which was not working, and the mini fridge had an unpleasant odor and moisture inside. The closet doors were broken, and there was no television. While the room itself was not dirty, the worn furnishings and dim lighting created an unwelcoming atmosphere.With proper repairs, improved lighting, updated amenities, and better attention to guest safety and comfort, this property could provide a much more enjoyable experience.
