Do NOT get the queen size bed, the cheapest choice on Expedia, especially if you’re part of a couple. The King size choice is far superior & worth the extra money. Our room had an accessible bathroom with a door that swung outwards. Bed had only 1 nightstand and little space to walk. (Hotel is round). Bright light in bathroom woke me up (no night light). Sink and vanity were at the entrance to hotel room which is awkward. We will return and choose a room with a king size bed with two nightstands, bathroom with a sliding door and nightlight. And hopefully both elevators will be working.

17 floor hotel and only one elevator working, other elevator out of order for five days, seems like they don’t care to repair it and let guests suffer. Last day, other elevator also stopped working. Their staff let us use staff elevator and our exit of hotel was through laundry room. Breakfast was limited and staff was unable to refill on time and made me wait for 10 min for milk jug refill. Next to highway, can you sleep? Good luck. Small rooms. Reception staff was nice and helpful. Someone ate food and put our room number and wrong name, still I had to justify that it was not me. They told me that it was me and I went twice to restaurant within in 1 hour with family of 4 and again with family of two. Am I a magician? Not a great experience.

The property is in a decent location and the beds were very comfortable. After that, I am afraid that is where the good ended. The check in process was very long with only one person checking people in / fielding phone calls at the same time. I thought it was a bit ridiculous to have to sign multiple contracts - it felt extremely juvenile, The biggest issue was there was one single working elevator, for a 17 floor hotel, that was unacceptable. Multiple times we were late and had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator and no word or work being done to solve it. The parking being valet only also was a bit frustrating and I would prefer a self park option. The hotel felt very nickel and dime for everything, no housekeeping and you could hear anyone in the hallway as clear as day, as if they were sitting next to you. Extremely noisy right on the freeway and the noise from other rooms / the hall. I would not recommend this property.

This is a clean, modern business-type hotel with a good price point and convenient location. I was there during peak holiday season, which presented some challenges. The hotel was understaffed and therefore, the staff was overworked and stressed. I observed and experienced a few incidents in which service was rude or defensive. The hotel is 17 stories high and one of the 2 elevators was out of service for at least half of the 10 days I stayed, creating delays of up to 20 minutes (I had to change my plans at least once, as a result). That said, the hotel is stylish and well located on the 405 near the Getty (the nexus point of East/Westside, as well as LA to the Valley.) The downside is noise; traffic sounds of 405 were loud in the room. The hotel provides valet parking which is a convenience. However, it is obligatory (not optional), for which they charge $40 per day. Breakfast is included and it's good full breakfast -- not continental (includes freshly made eggs/pancakes, etc.) Nice outdoor, heated pool and exercise room. Free Uber service to the Getty. Would I stay there again? Maybe.
