Clean room and friendly staff Only one thing was not good and that was the cleaning staff walked in at 10:30AM and check out time is 10:00AM that was not okay! I did not say anything about it when I checked because everything else was great. But I will stay there again!

They never answer their phone. When we got there the carpet was filthy and the smell was bad. We had no towels in our room. Went downstairs to ask for towels and all they could give us was 2 towels even though we booked a room for 3 people. The area is horrible. Had some bald guy on a bike chase us in our car down the road. Theres a lot of weird men just standing in the hallways and stairs just staring at you. Definitely not family or women friendly.

I think the owners maybe are new and recently purchased. It just needs a lot of work, the walls are paper thin which they can't do much about at this point. We only needed it a couple nights, it wasn't horrible.

It's not a bad hotel but rooms can be improved,microwave in the rooms are essential, they don't have them, only at the lobby, and now they have started charging 17dls for for parking per night! 😳

The room super nice the bed was comfortable When I walk in everything was clean , Bathroom clean , enough towels Would just say I wish there was a microwave in the room for any frozen meals or reheated something , the controller for the tv works I just had stand by the tv to change channels and I wish there was more channels selections , but overall stay was great

Towels were dirty, not changed , had blood stains and shoe marks on the towels.. like they used them folded them and put them back up. Sheets were stained and comforter had red stains, carpet was not vacuumed, and when I got up in the morning there was a huge roach infront of the door.. pictures are very deceiving, my room looked nothing like on the picture, also they charge you and added 20 a day for parking that I find it horrible.. not a quality hotel!

The beds were nothing like the pictures ...there wasnt any parking for the 2nd occupant in the room . The room smelled really bad like mildew...the shower barely gave me any water to shower so i had to take a bath . The hotel was nothing like what it advertised ...the only thing that was correct was the pool .

The property is good, staff is so nice and helpfull but sunset blvd is not what i remember years ago, again the property is nice but walk off property and sunset is dirty and sad.
