Sticky spot on floor in one bedroom; small pile of trash behind bedside table in another bedroom. No coffee or shower amenities except for one open bar of soap in one of the bathrooms. Doorknob fell off a bedroom door. Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous location, walkable distance to the Beverley centre and the Grove/Farmers Market Few details which need to be addressed though which could easily be sorted with a bit of thought and maintenance :- No batteries in bedroom tv remotes Someone else’s socks left in drawers Dirty sink in bathroom Bedside light could not be plugged in - main bedroom No air conditioning - only in one bedroom! 2nd bathroom door to utility wouldn’t close Curtains in bedroom don’t fit windows No folder with instructions for anything

A little Oasis!! In the heart of the city!

We had a lovely stay here. It was within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again. Victoria was a very good host.

Relocation

We came to Los Angeles to help relocate our son. This house is very close to his new address and our drive time was minimal. In LA that means a lot! The house is vintage in architecture but not in decor or amenities! It had everything we needed, especially comfy beds at the end of a long day! The neighborhood is charming and quiet. We felt very safe. And there is a garage...free parking! The location is close to many restaurants, shops, shopping centers and attractions. We enjoyed a lovely brunch at Toast Bakery & Cafe - a very short walk from the house. Victoria is a pleasure to work with! Her response time immediate. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Victoria!
