A 5 minute walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood walk of fame, the famous Chinese theater, and endless restaurants and entertainment. Also a 5 minute walk from a subway station that can take you anywhere in LA!

This home has two brand new completely remodeled bathrooms. No expense was spared with marble tiled walls and floors and a soaking tub for a spa like setting. Enjoy abundant towels, bathrobes and shampoo and conditioner during your stay.

The brand new remodeled kitchen included luxurious marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen comes extremely well equipped with anything you would need to cook or entertain during your stay and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea during your visit. All needed appliances are provided: full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, electric coffee maker.

Carefully decorated with brand new designer furniture and luxurious linens, this home truly has it all. Hardwood floors throughout and beautiful arched windows let in the California sun. A brand new Nest thermostat system let's you set the temperature to your ideal setting during your stay. For when you just want to unwind the living room TV has Direct TV and Apple TV. Or enjoy the outdoors with a newly landscaped private front yard to relax in and a deck off the master to have your morning coffee on. This ideally located and tastefully remodeled Hollywood home is a superb setting for your next getaway.

Also provided: washer and dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, ironing board, and iron.
Two bedrooms have Queen beds and the third bedroom has a full bed. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD -

This area of Hollywood is trendy and filled with endless options for entertainment. It is filled with some of the regions best coffee shops, shopping venues, restaurants and bars. A 5-minute walk and you will find yourself at the world famous Hollywood bowl. A 10 minute walk and you are at the heart of the entertainment world with the Hollywood walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the nightly tapings of Jimmy Kimmel! If you are the active type and want to explore the great outdoors you are just a quick drive to Runyon Canyon and Beachwood Canyon where Angelenos gather daily to exercise. You are in the thick of it all: minutes from the 101 fwy, Hollywood Bowl, Arclight Movie Theater as well as both the Ford and Pantages Theatres. You may even see a celebrity!

GETTING AROUND -

We have one outdoor/uncovered parking spot available. Street parking is usually available and we have a parking pass if you need one (if the pass is lost there is a charge of $150 to replace it). Hollywood is actually one of the better areas in LA to be without a car as there are numerous bus lines and a subway (yes we have a subway) station at Hollywood and Vine.

Of course there are taxis and uber/lyft rides at your beck and call.
