Didn't live up to the potential

While the townhouse has the potential to be really spectacular, (large rooms and comfortable common areas) there were several aspects of our visit that fell short. First and foremost, the place was not cleaned thoroughly. Upon our arrival, my mother in law has to wipe down the dining table and kitchen counters because their were crumbs left there. One of the guest towels had several black curly hairs in it. The master bathroom has a plastic toilet seat cover that is not particularly hygienic. On our first morning at breakfast, my husband who weighs all of 155 pounds, had the dining chair he was sitting on break nearly causing him to fall to the ground. He said he could see that a bracket had been placed on the chair indicating that it had broken previously and been repaired insufficiently. Upon arrival, there was an overflowing garbage bin waiting for us at the curbside. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday disruption to trash collection, it was sitting out there for nearly our entire trip. Check in was with a keypad which didn't work on the first several tries, but finally did after we called the property management company. These are really easy fixes and the fact that care was not taken is deeply disappointing.

Enjoyed the wonderful property! Everything was great and clean! Plenty of room for us. The master bed was great. Appreciate the quality mattress.

Beautiful VRBO but NO Pool Access

Property was very clean, great location, big kitchen that included essentials. Beds and bedding all very comfortable. Received check-in instructions the day of which made me nervous but all worked out and checkin was easy. My only disappointment is that property details listed pool however we were not able to access. Owner did not provide access. We went back and forth with management company. Told you need an app to access pool which the owner has but not able to provide to renter. So if still advertising pool as an amenity please make sure owner will be providing you access.
