The gentleman at the check in was good. The room was a major disappointment. It was supposed to be a SUPERIOR room. I feel like I got half a room. There was barely enough room to walk around! I paid extra for the superior room. The shower pressure was crap. There was no conditioner available, only shampoo and shower gel. No woman uses only shampoo for their hair. The bathroom was half the size of my spare bathroom at home. Paying as much as I did for this room, I should have gotten more. I p[aid about the same amount at another Red Roof Inn location and the room was much bigger. I only liked the fact that we could pull up to the room with our vehicle to unload the very important items we didn't want stolen. The neighborhood felt like someone was going to steal from us. Not safe at all. No security.

Horrible noisy area!!! Gentleman at front desk was extremely nice, room was very clean but with all of the noise from such busy traffic I think we slept for maybe 2-3 hours. Will never stay here again because of the noise.

Friendly staff who was excited to meet my puppy and have us stay there. Pet relief area was a plus! Many gas stations nearby and food options.

My experience here was okay for the most part. Staff were pretty nice. Parking was okay. My one dislike about this place is that I notice 2 roaches in my room, one popped in and out of the ac unit and the other crawled on the wall and across the top of the tv.

Great stay with family. Customer service was excellent. I rented two rooms and both rooms were clean and comfortable for two nights. Parking is great the only thing is that if you are back late can be a lil. Challenge find a parking spot that late night. Other than that is was excellent experience. I will definitely recommend it.
