I feel comfortable and safe staying at this hotel. I like that we can walk to different restaurants in the area. We always stay here when we come to concerts in LA. I should have reported that the mirror light in bathroom was flashing on one side in Room 809.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good for our needs. Nice lobby and there is stuff to do near enough to the hotel. The bed was comfy and clean. I did not love the cleanliness of the rooms. Bed was clean but the rest could have been cleaner. We asked for a different room because of that issue. No issue wit that, they moved us and the new room was better. The elevator is loud if you are in a room next to it. They gave warning that it could be an issue and offered ear plugs. Overall the stay was fine.
