Quiet neighborhood in North Manhattan Beach Very walkable, bikes, uber -This house does not have Air Conditioner but does have fans. By booking our house, you agree to the following rules - No events, parties or loud music are permitted in this home. House may be equipped with a noise smart home device that detects noise levels. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. - Parties or excessive noise of any kind will result in eviction by our onsite security team and non-refundable cancellation of reservation - Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. - There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture. - No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the home, unless approved by the host. Should the number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund. You will also be charged $250 per night if an unapproved guest was on the property. - This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in unit and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance.
