This is an amazing place to stay !! Nice suite in a great area. Communication with the owner was incredible. Both before our stay and during. I highly recommend this property for your stay in the Los Angeles area.

The location that the map shows that’s posted on the post is incorrect it is not in the marina by the boats/water which is one of the main reasons in booking this property bc of the view. which there is literally no view! You are boxed in by other peoples
Porch u cannot see anything there is no opening! Your view is in other people’s glass doors and what’s on their porch which the one to the right is covered in cigarette butts and filth. only 1 bathroom not 1+. There is no fans in the entire unit! There is not ceiling lights in either of the bedrooms just a lamp and a night light in each which is not bright. The location is the most disappointing so do not book this if you have issues with tight spots/anxiety because I can promise you will feel as if it’s closing in on you! Also we stayed 4nights and there is only 1 towel and 1 wash rag per person the entire stay so you have to take them or buy more. No washer and dryer you have to Apple Pay at the communal washer and dryer lots of noise from the surrounding neighbors at night bc they are all on their balcony.and the above neighbors are night owls for sure. The apartment itself was very clean! The host was very nice and very accommodating as far as early check in with no fee and responded quickly. The location and view ruined it to be honest the actual location is the westerly on Lincoln NOT the marina as pictured on the post where the pin drop is! Being 2000 miles from home we had no choice but to stay here once we arrived.

Appartement befindet sich NICHT an angegebener Stelle!!!
24 Stunden vor Check in die Info zu bekommen, dass das Appartement nicht an angegebener Adresse ist, war ein kleiner Schock. Wir haben die Wohnung gerade aufgrund der Location gebucht!!!
Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus war wirklich nicht schön! Direkt vor eine Hauswand und einen anderen Balkon! Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ok aber lädt leider nicht zum verweilen darin ein. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Auto und waren von morgens bis abends unterwegs - somit war es dann ok. Dennoch finde ich es eine Frechheit eine falsche Adresse anzugeben! Sorry! Geht gar nicht.
