There was no door on the shower in my room so water got all over the bathroom floor. There was only shampoo and conditioner in my room and the body wash was holder was empty. I put the housekeeping needed sign outside my door twice and my room was never made up. It would be convenient to have phones in all rooms to call the front desk. (Room 107)

We stay 4 nights at Lum Hotel in Los Angeles . We saw online the hotel 4/5 stars but we arrive it looks like 2 stars the room very small and the furniture so old and the big surprise the parking is $60 dollars every night we have to agree because the area so scary and also we have to ask for room cleaning only cleaning 2 times and the big problem is the front desk they have a bad attitude . The conclusion this must bad hotel ever

It was safe, but a lot of noise and you could hear every outside of the room (valet doubles as parking for events nearby so is a lot of movement at night), insane that they asked for a 100USD deposit for a 130USD ONLY NIGHT, but the installations were good, decent but nothing out of the ordinary

Lum Hotel

Second time staying at Lum. Check in was a lot faster this time, probably because there wasn’t a sold out show at SoFi that night. Room was clean, small, but comfortable. Rooms are extremely noisy, almost sounds like the next door neighbors are right in the room with you sometimes. Front desk girls were absolutely lovely. You really can’t beat the location if you’re going to a show at SoFi or Kia Forum.

Newly renovated, with a very friendly staff. The pool area is nice. We were in street side, and it was pretty loud with traffic. Perhaps request to be poolside.
