Awful and nothing great

Many things in the room are awful. Wash room light was flickering, the exhaust fan making huge noise, toilet spin was taking forever, windows were so dusty. There is nothing offered in the breakfast hall except substandard coffee that’s like hot water, toiletries are just for the sake, pillows are like just pancakes, poor quality towels. Frankly there isn’t anything good in this property that other don’t offer, except the lady who checked us in during the evening was very polite, friendly, smiling and courteous. Nothing else to say about the property. You must certainly avoid this place if you can.

Information for Bed was not correct

When we book on with Hotel.com, it says twin queen beds. When we got there, they gave us a room with two double beds. We showed them the booking, they tried to switch room for us. But three times in a roll, they were double beds. Finally, the manager came, and gave us an additional room to accommodate us. That was nice. However the information has to be correct when posted on Hotel.com.

Staff was unprepared for our stay. We were a group of around 10 rooms, booked over 2 months ahead of time. As we all got there, one person at front desk, and what looked like only 1 housekeeping staff. Some of us came early, asked for early check in, front staff would tell us maybe 30 more minutes or an hour WHICH WE WERE OK WITH, as we knew we were early. However it obviously stressed the other housekeeping staff who was running around getting rooms ready. But it became obvious when we got into the rooms how outdated and barely maintained everything was. Old carpets, old drapes, bathrooms. We knew what we were paying for. However being booked so long ago, I would’ve thought they’d at least make sure the curtains were hanging properly, and the wallpaper wasn’t peeling excessively. It just felt like they weren’t too used to having so many guests all at once. Also, the site pictures are all outdated too, and NOT what it currently looks like.

We were in the non smoking section and had a room with two beds. The hallway smelled like smoke, but the beds were big and comfortable. I loved the pet friendliness that the motel provided and i absolutely loved that the walls are not thin and we didn't hear anything crazy that the next door room stayers had going on.

Smelled like cigarettes. Pee all over the toilet seat and floor. Curtains falling off, window broken. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures. A lot of homeless people walking around.
