We very much enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Ziva. The property is beautiful. The rooms may be a bit dated but clean and well kept. There is a massive main pool, as well as a large adults only pool. The gym is the best facility I’ve seen at any hotel. It’s huge, with plenty and varied equipment. They even offer different classes throughout the day. The staff was amazing. Super attentive and friendly, excellent service everywhere we went. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from that allow for a variety of cuisine. Sadly we weren’t able to try them all but the ones we did were excellent. They offer plenty of activities for all ages so there is always something to do. There are some stores/restaurants a short walk from the hotel but the city centre is also a short 10min cab ride away. It is not adults only, which is a first for us but they do offer adult only activities/areas. Overall, I would recommend for a well rounded stay especially if traveling with multiple age groups.

The customer service they have at Hyatt Ziva is 100$ recommended. Evwrone is welcoming, pleasing, and always looking to make the beat of your vacations. Its all inclusive resort. You dont need to leave the reaort to have fun. The food, drinks, pools and entertainment make it worth it and you will have fun.we had a private concierge that would checm in on us every day and personal would give us the information of restaurants options ans entertainment events for the day. They also welcome us with 2 bottles of wine in our room.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, and overall it was a great experience with a few downsides worth noting. The property is excellent – beautifully maintained, spacious, and with plenty of places to relax. The food is also outstanding for an all-inclusive, with a wide variety of restaurants and consistently high quality across the board. Where the resort falls short is entertainment for adults. The nightly theater shows felt more like filler than true entertainment, and the much-hyped White Party was a disappointment – more of a gimmick than an actual event worth attending. If you’re looking for lively, engaging activities at night, you may be left wanting. That said, if your main priorities are great food and a stunning property, Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos definitely delivers.

The truth is that this is a very well run resort that is peaceful, has nice amenities, and has great service (for example eduardo, Jair, Sergio and many others). This resort has one big flaw… the food. at best, the food is average. Granted, I dont eat meat or shellfish so its possible that those items are great. i ate a lot of vegetarian, fish and desserts and they usually lacked flavor or didnt match the description in the menu. The best meals were at the buffet and mexican restaurant. Food is a big part of travel. I hope this hotel will consider auditing its flavors. it would make a huge difference.

The rooms are outdated. There are updated rooms which are not shown as an option when you book - they should be shown. (Our shower backed up every day). The TV signal was terrible. Making it frustrating to watch a move at night. In and out - constantly showing "no/poor signal". The restaurant options are very good but the property "choses" to close restaurants one or two nights a week instead of simply rotating staff. This is disappointing if you want to go to "Italian" as an example and find it closed on a "Saturday night"? Overall we enjoyed our stay BUT would encourage anyone to make sure you get an updated room with a TV which works and plan dinner around the restaurant closures.

This is one of the amazing resorts in Los Cabos. Staff are very friendly they go above and beyond to make your trip exceptional. Carlos our Butler was very professional and friendly with an amazing service the place and will come here again for sure!!
