Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private dock. Feel free to bring your boat or rent one locally to explore the lake. Additionally, guests can use our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for a fun adventurous experience on the water.

Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy both the tranquility of Tellico Village and the excitement of nearby attractions. Tellico Village itself offers various recreational activities such as golfing, hiking, and water sports. Conveniently located 40 miles from vibrant city of Knoxville, 60 miles from Pigeon Forge, home of Dollywood and many other attractions, and 45 miles to the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains.

Just a quick heads up, as also stated in our house rules, we have a simple, personalized rental agreement for you to sign within 48 hours of booking. You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidentally damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy your stay!! It's vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!

PET POLICY (Updated 1/2025):

Yes, our rental does allow pets, but by booking this property, you must agree to the following terms listed below:

All pets must be identified on the reservation at the time of booking. Please disclose more details on the pet after receiving confirmation from VRBO your reservation has been secured.

Our rental allows only hypoallergenic, non shedding dogs. No cats due to allergies. The maximum amount of dogs allowed at our rental is 2.

We also have a weight restriction of dogs no more than 50 pounds. The dog must be housebroken -- no puppies.

We do not allow pets on the furniture or beds and we ask that while staying at our rental, you please enforce these rules. The animal must not be left unattended inside the rental or tethered outside. Also, it is your responsibility to ensure that the pet's barking is not disruptive to neighbors.

Please pick up after your pet when it goes to the bathroom outside. Please bring your pet's towels (for wiping paws) and their pet bed (crate, if using). Please do not use our bath towels to wipe dirt, mud, etc. off their paws.

Our pet fee is a nonrefundable fee of $100. Should the home require additional cleaning or pet damage be found following your stay, you will be held financially responsible.

If you have visitors while staying at the property, please note they are not permitted to bring pets. Failure to disclose a pet or unapproved pets found on the premises will result in a $250.00 fine.
