Disappointing ...

The location shown on the map is wrong and I have booked and paid for 4 pax. The booking even shown 2 queen beds. What I have instead was 1 queen and 1 single. The place was full, which I have been told. The screw up was also because of some software that they used that causes it. At the end, I have a blown up single bed for my son. This is disappointing having need to pay more and get less

Lovely apartment

We loved the apartmnt..kids really enjoyed it. Very clean. Had all the amenities. Even had coffe ane sugar satchets. Would definitely stay there again. Close to asda and other places.

The serviced apartment is ok, but we booked for long time and for a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds. However it is a 2 bedrooms, 1 double & 1 single beds. When I called, it solved for a inflatable bed, better than nothing. But not what we booked. The ladies said all the other 2 doubles are occupied.

Good location. Spacious rooms. Bedrooms would benefit from curtains rather than thin vertical blinds as very light in early morning (summertime)

Noisy and not very comfy

Bit overpriced really for what you get. The apartment is next to a busy road so there is a lot of traffic noise. The beds are very uncomfortable and cheap looking. Very thin memory foam mattress. There was just me sleeping on it and the slats under the bed kept falling out. Decent place if you are booking as a family or 2 couples as 2 large bedrooms and good sized living room.

This is a great property for a stay in Loughborough. Convenient, close to shops and transport, the bus to the university runs past the door. Owners are really helpful and responsive. The property is newly finished and immaculate with everything you could want including a washing machine. We loved our time there and would highly recommend for an extended stay. Better than being stuck on the other side of town without amenities. Check out the amber stall at the market on Saturday for amazing jewellery, visit the old rectory for a free personalised tour, easy train to the Peaks. This was a fun place to spend 3 weeks.
