RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

This property was clean and is located in a perfect part of Louisville for a vacationing family or vacationing adult friend group. There are plenty of beds on the first floor if you have family members with mobility issues as well. I can say I highly recommend this VRBO property to those visiting Louisville.

One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in! The host communicated with me throughout the whole process, even when there was a bump in my road and I couldn't be the one who checked in to the property. Both units were updated and decorated beautifully. Bathrooms were very nice. There are both separate outside entrances and an inside staircase off one of the downstairs bedrooms to access the upstairs unit. Would be perfect if your group is multigenerational as there are two living areas if people have different sleep habits.Convenient location. Plenty of parking in the drive and extra parking on the quiet neighborhood street.You won't be disappointed if you rent. It fit our needs perfectly!

Our group of 8 stayed at the property for 4 nights. It had plenty of room for all of us. It was near a nice variety of restaurants and we were able to walk to several for meals. It was also nicely located for the areas we visited while in the city.

Renter both units for a group of 10 adults and the place did not disappoint. Spacious living space, stocked bathrooms, clean bedrooms. Host was quick to respond when we needed help with the WiFi. The house met our bourbon trail expectations and was in a prime location to the interstate but also 10 minute uber from whiskey row. Would definitely return :)

Perfect Bourbon stay

This is the third time we have rented this property, and there is a good reason we keep coming back. The home is so clean and well stocked that it feels like you’re in your own home. The check-in and rental process are smooth and efficient and Brandon is very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood for the home is wonderful with local coffee shops and restaurants just walking distance away!
