The space
The Gardiner House has 4 bedrooms, 2 King Size, 2 Full size, all bedrooms have their TV with remote control, WIFI, 2 full bathrooms, garage for one car and 3 more spaces outside with a basketball hoop.
Its beautiful kitchen has a breakfast area and coffee area, everything you need to prepare delicious meals, it has a living room, dining room and fireplace as well as an irrigation system to keep the green areas beautiful.

Family Visit to Louisville

We had a lot of fun touring Louisville and other places nearby. The rental was so very, very clean and convenient. We especially like the space available to fit 3 cars for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Adult family fun trip

Checked into house- perfect location and everything we needed. Our dog was happy to have a fenced in backyard too. The owner was very accommodating. It was a perfect spot for my family and we had a great time!

Perfect Stay

Outstanding location, just minutes away from the Expo Center and an easy on to the expressway. Have stayed in the area 4 times for the same tournament and this was by far the best location we have been in. Beautiful deck and fire ring area. House was nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. A large tv in the living room as well as a tv in each bedroom. Easy check in and out. Would definitely book again!

An amazing host! Very quick with replies. The house was everything as promised. Very clean and spacious. We travel to Louisville often and usually stay at hotels. This home & its host are one of if not the BEST properties we have EVER stayed in. In town for a family wedding & decided to stay here. By far the best decision we’ve ever made. This is the second time we have stayed in the Gardiner Lane house. It is spacious and well decorated. Beautiful backyard and deck to enjoy the sunshine.

Home Sweet Home

Really nice home in a great location. Close to town tucked away in a really nice neighborhood. We only had 3 couples on our stay but Plenty of room for 4 couples. 4 very nice bedroom with cozy beds and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Will definitely stay again if we are near location again.

Cleanest Vacation Rental Ever

I stayed with my elderly parents and it was perfect for us. Extremely clean and well designed home that appears to have been updated recently throughout. Close to airport, zoo, Churchill Downs, and my yeah relatives homes who live nearby.

This house was very beautifully decorated and well stocked. The location was a little tricky to find the first time but after that easy. Great deck and patio area with firepit. We will stay again.

Great location-too 7-8 min to get to the U of L natatorium. Comfortable clean house. Good bed configuration with a bedroom and bath on main floor. Did have steps at the entrance which I did not know about but negotiated okay with railing.

THE VRBO STAY AND HOUSE EVER.

Me and my wife are truck drivers and we stay at VRBO homes all over the country. This has been the best ever stay and house that we have ever stayed in. Plan on going back probably in a couple. This is the best Vrbo home I’ve ever stayed in, it was clean, the hospitality by the host was impeccable and the home provided everything my friends and I needed to have a a fun, safe and stress free trip.
