The hotel is very nice; very friendly and professional staff. We did not have any issues during our stay. Our room was comfortable. The restaurant has a really cool atmosphere and vibe; it was nice to dress up for dinner. The food was fantastic!

The lady I spoke with after the stay was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. The hotel forgot to apply my hiltons gold member after I told them at check in. I was charged for breakfast where I shouldn’t be. Brought it up to the lady and was really rude. Awful experience.

We had a problem with the sink drain. We contacted the front desk in person and explained the problem. 24 hours later it was never fixed. Ordered ice, it was never delivered. I went to the front desk, they said I had to order ice. I told them I had tried that already. The manager went to the bar and got a small bag. It didn't last long. We ordered ice again, it took 30 minutes.
