The overall stay was great, location is excellent! The only fault I had was that the hotel and the booking agents have zero communication with each other. I had booked an extra night to my stay with a Hilton agent who told me they would add a note to my current booking for the hotel staff. That never happened and I ended up getting charged for two separate bookings and it became a bit a thing. It was resolved but was a bit of an inconvenience to say the least. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Only downside is that it was after dark and we had someone lean into our car window while we were in line, asking for money. But we understand the hotel is downtown. They were helpful and kind. We were a planned check in but our flight was delayed and we checked in even later and they were so kind. We had originally booked a King Suite and our daughter was going to sleep on the couch but there were 2 queen beds so it was a blessing in disguise as the couch wasn't meant for sleeping! The amenities were clean and we wished we had time to try them (pool and gym). The location was perfect for getting rides and getting dropped off. There is also a CVS attached for any last minute needs.

I had a very good evening, the staff was so amazing, the mixer/happy hour was a very nice touch. Breakfast ruled, probably my fave part! Comfy rooms, specious and clean! Thank you for your hospitality!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast included. Gym and pool were great ammenities as well. Lots of dining, shopping, and parking options nearby within walking distance. Highlight was the 4th Street Live area right next to the hotel with live bands on the weekend and many dining options.
