As a newcomer to downtown Louisville, it was a little daunting to get to the actual city area for dining and touring. All in all, once you know the area, it’s worth the savings in cost to stay here.

I liked everything especially my room. It was clean and prestine. And the parking too. No hassle. Breakfast was excellent, so much variety of food. I rate the service of the concierge as mediocre at best. Why and for this reason only- On the second day, when I did my checkout for day 1 and checkin for day 2, she was showing lack of patience to the point of being abrasive. I felt I was not treated nicely.

The location is great, within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was friendly and seemed to take pride in the facility. The room was older but clean and comfortable .

Great hotel, clean and not oudated. The location isnt the best but if you need to stay downtown then this is a great option. They have amazing customer service, I lost a bag somewhere on the main floor and an employee found me and made sure it was returned, instead of just leaving it in the lost and found. Lots of security on the property at night even giving guests rides on their golf cart around the property.

The hotel location is very convenient, walkable to the Bourbon trails. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room is clean, everything works but the TV it keeps acting up, it freezes most of the time. Good thing we do

Hotel was located close enough to walk to Main street. Room was clean. Front desk employees were very nice. Only downside:Shower was very slippery and water seeped out the bottom of the shower door. I reported it and the slowly draining sink to the front desk when we left.

Great stay my only complaint is that I specifically chose this hotel because they had a hot breakfast by 630am and I like protein before my early morning mtgs unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t ready by 630 so I was forced to eat cereal or bread like the normal continental breakfast a other hotel would provide. Kinda defeats the purpose of me choosing this location. Other than that everything was great! Clean and service was awesome.
