The breakfast didn’t start until 7 am. I had to check out and leave by 6:30, so I was unable eat breakfast there. Also, please note in your hotel info online and in the lobby that there is a coffee station available to guests if they miss breakfast. Thank you.

My whole family (18) booked here together as we were coming into town for Christmas with my brothers family. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was closed down for “maintenance”. Of course all of my grand children (11) were very disappointed as they had been looking forward to swimming. We found out the next morning that they lied to us, that the pool was closed because the manager did not want it opened. Very disappointing and thoughtless leadership displayed by the manager to rob these children of the fun they were anticipating. When my adult daughter arrived with her service dog she was refused service because they do not allow dogs. She explained that her dog is not just an emotional support animal but is a service dog for PTSD. They did not care! They told her she could not bring her dog in the building. My oldest son tried to reason with them but they simply refused to help in any way. I was not going to let her go to another hotel in a distressed emotional state so I explained that I would be leaving the hotel also. The attendant said I would not have any issues with a refund, the manager had already approved it. That was a lie also! I am still trying to get my money refunded through Hotels.com As an IHG member I am furious at the horrible way my family was treated by this uncaring and unprofessional staff. There were additional issues that have assured none of us will ever stay there again and I moved my reservations to Wyndham! DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The room met our needs and was tidy. We ran into an issue with a surge to our bathroom lights and entry area of our room. The gentleman at the desk reset the breaker twice with no success. A slight inconvenience. Otherwise a good good experience.
