Amazing and clean. Rustic concrete floors. Ho awesome and responsive. A bit of a challenge making your way in the building, finding the key fob and making your way to the apartment. The photos upon check in were an enormous help
Great location!! Tip-If you have a car buy the parking in the listing before hand and read the instructions for parking. Thanks for the cups, great touch!
Everything worked out great. I needed to contact the host a couple of times, and he replied within minutes each time and handled by questions right away. That was great!
Great location. Great communication. We had a great time staying here. There were needs for repair cosmetic and functional repairs that contributed to my rating.
The whole place did not reflect what we seen on the listing. The hallway wasnât clean or had good lighting. No historical look other than what you seen on 1st floor when entering building. Room wasnât clean and on concrete floors. Didnât seem to be a very safe place to stay. Called and left messages to be called back due to not being happy or satiated with room and place and was never contacted back at all !!
Clean cozy apartment in a beautiful historic building, will totally stay again next time were in town! Super convenient location can walk anywhere downtown. Communication with host was great. We used underground onsite parking which was convenient, however not really meant for a full sized truck :)
The apartment itself was clean and very nice! It was spacious! The hallway was disgusting with dirty carpet. But the apartment was nice and clean. We did rent the garage which was convenient, a little creepy because it is an old building and it is under the building. The communication was good however, the wi-finwas down and never got connected! Then we got slapped with a cleaning fee that was never explained. So that was a shock. We are in our 60âs and left the place in good shape. We never saw anyone else in the building either.
