Louisville Stay

Room was clean and comfortable. We were for some reason given the handicapped room. The shower was a walk-in which was fine but the shower curtain rod was a curved rod and the curtain at the center was 4” beyond the shower floor. The curtain wasn’t long enough to get into the shower. The towel we put down collect the water was soaked and there were still puddles on the floor we had to wipe up after every shower.

Lacking Cleanliness

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lobby was nice especially for first impressions and gatherings. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations. The dark purple accent wall did not make the room feel comfortable or relaxing. There was a thick layer of dust on that purple accent wall and there was trash and dust behind the bedside table. Stains on mattress covers. The room felt very unclean related to these issues. The rooms do not appear to be thoroughly cleaned between stays.
