This estate home has 15 ft ceilings and crystal chandeliers. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, waffle iron, griddle, microwave, 2 dishwashers, 6 burner stove, double oven and large fridge. Lots of cabinets. There is a dining table that will seat up to 14. There is a second table that will seat 6. We have the highest rated mattresses, high grade linens, tv's in all bedrooms. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper and more. There are 2 grills, one gas and one wood, There are grilling utensils and we have firewood onsite. There is one queen bed in each room and 1 room has a double bed too. There are 3 central heat and air conditioners. There is no garage or basement for guest use. You will have access to 2 washers and dryers. We provide dish detergent for dishwashers and we have kitchen towels and dishcloths. We are 6 miles from Squire Boone Caverns, less than 2 miles from Ohio Riverfront park and Buttermilk Falls, and other tourist attractions and hiking trails are close by. We are 45 minutes from downtown Louisville, 15 miles from Ft Knox, less than 2.5 hours from Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Evansville, Nashville, Lexington, and 4 hours from St Louis. Close to I-64 & I-65. We do occasionally come on site to check pool and landscapers are on a set schedule.
