Place was dirty
 no one cleaned before I arrived. Cleaned the entire kitchen myself. Every filter for every kitchen appliance needed to be replaced. Ants in the master bathroom.

The house was exactly as described. Warm and welcoming. We were there as a family and we cooked in the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans, containers, bowls, etc. Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etcHost was extremely responsive and answered me within minutes. House was super close to the highway and minutes from Louisville. Totally would recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! This property was centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to get around. The house was clean and very pretty. The kitchen was well equipped, and even included a nice spice rack, which you don’t often see in rental homes. Travis and Kara were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again.

This place is so cute & modern. Everything was very comfortable. It’s a fairly small 1-story home, but there’s plenty of space for 6 people. We had a question for our hosts and they responded immediately and were very nice. Location was convenient- 4 minutes from the wedding venue & the neighborhood is quiet.

Peaceful Stay

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the charming neighborhood—it was peaceful and welcoming, and just a short walk to the main street and the river, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. It was the perfect spot for a weekend escape, and we’d definitely love to stay again!

Weekend Golf Trip

Booked this house for a weekend golf trip with the guys. Location was great, a few minutes walk from downtown Jeffersonville. Check in was easy, they even accommodated us to check in early with flight schedules. There wasn’t any information on what needed to be done prior to check out - we ran the dishwasher, and gathered used towels. Good short trip, would recommend.

Exactly as pictured

We traveled to Louisville for Run 4 Roses AAU basketball tournament and the location was just a short drive to the Expo Center. Though we weren't able to spend much time at the property due to my daughter's game schedule, we found everything to be as pictured/described in the listing and we loved the aesthetic. The host was kind enough to give us an early check-in which we greatly appreciated. Definitely a great value and very close to restaurants, downtown, etc.

Very nice home

We had a wonderful stay at the location. The place was very clean and quiet neighborhood. The back yard was very tempting but there were a bunch of spider webs. The inside was very comfortable and cozy so that made up for not going outside. Had all the amenities one could need while visiting. Kitchen was well furnished with all the needed utensils to cook. Loved the house would definitely stay again.

Very nice

The property was very nice! The place was clean and had everything one would need. The host was very responsive. My one recommendation is that the host give the previous guest time to retrieve left-behind belongings before putting those items "in the road." Also, it would have been nice to have the backyard patio furniture sprayed off. The tables and chairs were covered in bird poop.

Quick Trip

We were in town for just a quick trip. Looking looking short notice for a hotel to accommodate 5 is not easy and we were lucky enough to find this house. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed. My only regret is that we didn't have a reason to stay longer and enjoy it more. Hope we can find a reason to come back and stay again. We would in a heart beat. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was clean, well furnished, beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels were some of the softes i have ever used! We felt pampered .

Picture perfect

We had a last minute idea to attend the Kentucky Derby with our family and friends. We came upon this location and we couldn’t be happier!! The location was perfect, the neighborhood was nice and everyone was so friendly! The home was picturesque!! We had everything we needed and it was fully stocked. It was decorated so nicely. Travis was a responsive and excellent host. I could go on but if you are here, don’t hesitate, book it!!
