Easy to find, location was convent for us since going to the Jack O’Lantetn Spectacular. Would be a great place if going to Kentucky Kingdom. Hotel was very nice and sooo clean! We were not disappointed at all. Wanted a bedroom option and this had that & the room had some cute touches left by housekeeping which was appreciated! Room decor also very nice. Great breakfast options, loved the yogurt bar!! Staff was friendly, we had never stayed at this chain before and we would definitely stay again!!

This was perfect for our family of three. We appreciated the extra space as we were traveling with an infant and had plenty of room for a pack and play. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in they helped us choose a room that would be quieter for a sleeping kiddo. We will definitely book here again next time we are in Louisville.

The hotel is clean and employees were friendly but the hotel has paper thin walls and floors. Every move someone made sounded like elephants playing. Also had several room issues. AC not working, room that I checked into hadn’t been cleaned yet and the breakfast was below average. Overall won’t be going back.

Room was clean, bathroom door did not close properly and no lock on door. Very hard to open and close. Breakfast was great! No room service. Overall it was good for overnight stay with kids but would not suggest for extended stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious. I've been here 2 times and both experiences were terrible. The first time, I had my catalytic converter cut off my vehicle in their parking lot while attending a festival. This last time, the opposite hotel in the joined parking lot had our car towed which cost me another night at the hotel and tow fees for lack of parking and not clearly marking sides or warnings. Not so much of this staffs fault but I will definitely never be going back there. With the $4k I spent there, should have better treatment.
