## Space

🛋️ The living room, facing south-southwest, is bathed in natural light thanks to two large bay windows that illuminate the space throughout the day. Equipped with air conditioning and heating for comfort, it features a 3/4-seater convertible linen sofa that can be unfolded into a 160x190 cm bed, accompanied by an armchair and a restored vintage coffee table. This space is ideal for relaxing, enjoying an aperitif, or watching a movie on the Samsung The Frame TV. At the entrance, a built-in arrangement offers a convenient bench for taking off your shoes and storing your belongings. Just beside it, a custom-made wooden desk creates a workspace for one or two people, perfect for those who wish to stay productive.

🍽️ The kitchen, open to the living room, combines aesthetics and functionality with its built-in construction, highlighted by polished concrete, terracotta tiles, and wooden doors. The high-quality Siemens appliances are fully integrated, including an oven, microwave, induction hob with hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
To enhance your meals, you will find a complete set of tableware, including dishes and glassware suited to all your desires, from large wine glasses to cocktail glasses. Meals can be shared around an authentic renovated old wooden farm table, which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals or simply savoring a coffee or tea.

🛏️ Wake up in one of the two bedrooms equipped with high-end Épeda bedding, which combines pocket spring technology and memory foam to promise a deeply restorative sleep. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own heating for winter and a Dreo fan for summer. The master bedroom, spacious and filled with morning light thanks to its southeast orientation, has a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), a built-in dressing room with wooden shelves, and two bedside tables with rattan lamps. The second bedroom, more intimate and facing south, also benefits from beautiful light and is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), raw wood bedside tables, papier-mâché lighting, a functional desk, and a dressing room. Waking up to the sweet sound of birds, especially vibrant from spring to summer, adds a touch of natural magic to your stay.

🚿 The bathroom, entirely built and made of polished concrete, creates an authentic atmosphere. Enjoy a revitalizing experience under the walk-in shower, equipped with relaxing jets thanks to the innovative Grohe SmartControl technology. It includes a basin with an elegant wall-mounted mixer, a large mirror, practical storage, and a towel warmer.
You will also find a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board at your disposal. In addition, a 160 cm high wall mirror in the hallway allows you to see yourself entirely.

☀️ Outside the Villa Oliveda, you will also find a table with six chairs and an electric plancha, perfect for outdoor meals. For your relaxation, Relax Zero Gravity armchairs and multi-position folding sun loungers from the Lafuma Mobilier brand are available, ideal for fully enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

🌳 Take advantage of the common areas during the day, such as the seasonal swimming pool, optimized with a bubble cover that increases the temperature, and equipped with sun loungers as well as a pétanque court for relaxing moments under the Provençal sun. The pool, measuring 6.50 m by 3.40 m with a sloping bottom from 1 m to 1.60 m, is treated with bromine for your comfort without irritation. These spaces are shared exclusively with the owners, who strive to remain discreet to preserve your privacy as much as possible.

## Access

The accommodation is ideally located in the hamlet of La Gravière, just 1.6 km from the center of the village of Lourmarin, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France. About a 15-20 minute walk or a 3-minute drive, you can reach this picturesque village nestled at the foot of the Luberon. Lourmarin charms with its rich cultural heritage, having inspired many famous authors.
Stroll through its Provençal alleys to discover its treasures, explore charming shops, welcoming restaurants, and lively cafés, which make up the vibrant heart of this exceptional place. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere of Lourmarin, an invitation to explore and savor the Provençal art of living.

♿️ Access to the villa is facilitated for people with reduced mobility, with parking directly on the property and a convenient access ramp. The interior is designed to be accessible, with no door thresholds and wide passages in all spaces, except for the smaller bedroom. For additional support, the toilet is equipped with a corner grab bar, and the bathroom includes a curved shower stool.

✅ For your comfort, we provide bed linens and towels, as well as toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Upon your arrival, you will also find some coffee pods, tea bags, and kitchen essentials to start your stay pleasantly.
Additionally, a travel cot, high chair, and small baby bathtub are available upon prior request via the check-in form.

The villa was designed by Aurore Timon, a young, bold interior architect, driven by the ambition to create a space that is both warm and authentic. She pays special attention to the harmony between spaces, materials, and colors, focusing on the experience of travelers and their specific needs, offering a practical and aesthetic setting.

🛜 On the technology side, the accommodation is equipped with the latest innovations for optimal comfort. The ultra-fast internet connection via fiber optics with WiFi 6 and Ethernet ports meets all your digital needs. Relax in front of a 75-inch 4K QLED television, complemented by a soundbar and streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video.
The ambiance is entirely customizable thanks to Philips Hue lights and remote-controlled shutters. The bedrooms are equipped with USB and USB-C ports to easily charge your devices. All these home automation devices are easily controllable via tablets.

♻️ The villa's environmental commitment is reinforced by the use of energy-efficient technologies, including enhanced insulation and a reversible Atlantic heat pump in the living room, which ensure optimal comfort while limiting energy consumption. Additionally, the villa's bioclimatic manager automatically regulates the shutters and the heating and cooling system based on the interior temperature, sunlight, and exterior temperature, ensuring constant comfort and optimal natural light throughout the year. The Grohe brand faucets, designed to maximize performance while minimizing water consumption, are part of this eco-friendly approach. We also limit the use of single-use plastics to reduce our environmental impact. To facilitate waste sorting during your stay, color-coded bins are provided.

My mother, with her warm sense of hospitality, ensures that every visitor feels immediately at home. Together, we have created a unique space on this 850 m² plot, shared with our family home. 🔌 For your convenience, an electric vehicle charging station is available near the property. The rate is €15 per day.

To better prepare for your stay, we invite you to fill out an online check-in form before your arrival. This form collects your contact information, the number of travelers, the number of beds desired, your comments, your expected arrival time, as well as the necessary information for billing and the mandatory police form for foreign travelers.
