Wir waren im Oktober für 9 Tage in Tuliševica. Tolle Lage und Aussicht aufs Meer sind von der „ Ferienwohnung Josip“ aus garantiert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern war sehr schön. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst gastfreundlich und helfen bei jeglichen Problemen sofort. Der Blick von der Terrasse und dem Balkon ist einzigartig und atemberaubend. Für die steile Anfahrt zum Haus braucht man ein wenig fahrerisches Können. Dies wird mit viel Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit aber dann belohnt.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Vermieter sind, ein sehr nettes älteres Ehepaar. Können ein wenig Deutsch und Englisch. Man konnte sich gut verständigen. Apartement ist in Lovran, fast ganz oben auf dem Berg. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und Balkon ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher in jedem Zimmer (Kleiderschrank)vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Internet und deutsche Sender auf dem Fernseher. Das einzige was wir vermisst hatten, war eine Kaffeemaschine. Sonst alles perfekt!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Besonders liebe Vermieter! Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Grill ist ein Gasgrill, es braucht keine Kohle oder Grillanzünder mitgenommen zu werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es waren sogar die wichtigsten Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl vorhanden. Nach Lovran rund 10 Minuten zu fahren. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze dort sind oft voll. Kleines Problem ist der Parkplatz am Haus, aber das liegt an uns selbst: Mit dem 5 m Familienkombi war es nicht einfach, auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen, es ist sehr eng und steil, die elektronischen Helferlein (Berganfahrhilfe) stießen an ihre Grenzen. Handbremse ist da besser. Unbedingt über Opatija fahren, auch wenn das Navi anderes zeigt: Uns führte es über einspurige extrem steile Bergwege mit kaum Ausweichmöglichkeit bei Gegenverkehr. Schwierig! Die Adresse selbst findet ein Navi kaum - hier am besten die Koordinaten verwenden oder Oraj 63 eingeben als Straße - stimmt zwar nicht exakt aber damit findet man das Haus. Ansonsten auf der Hauptstraße nach einer recht großen Villa linksseitig in einer Rechtskurve auf das Interhome-Schild achten, dort links abbiegen.

Toller Blick - Nette Vermieter- weit draussen

Unschlagbarer Blick, tolle Terrasse mit Grill, nette Vermieter. Für uns, die wir nichts als entspannen und wandern wollten, sehr gut. Für Reisende, die das Meer genießen wollen, Probleme mit dem Gehen oder dem Fahren auf sehr engen, sehr kleinen Strassen haben, nicht zu empfehlen. Shop, Strand, Restaurants, unter 3 Kilometern auf engen, steilen Strassen geht gar nichts. Weg zum nächsten Strand 12-14 Minuten mit dem Auto, 1,5 Stunden zu Fuss (400 Höhenmeter). Für die Erkundung des Ucka Nationalsparks genial.
