Guests will have full access to the RV and designated outdoor areas, including the patio, fire pit, and dining space.

Please note this is a luxury RV experience, not a traditional house. Some features, including the toilets and water systems, operate differently than a standard home. Simple instructions will be provided to ensure everything runs smoothly during your stay.

The RV sleeps up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while additional sleeping spaces are located in two loft areas. For safety reasons, the lofts may not be suitable for young children, and we recommend this space for guests ages 10 and up.

Parking is available on the gravel portion of the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Please do not park on or block the paved driveway. If you need space for a trailer, let us know in advance so we can guide you on where to park

No parties or events. Violations may result in a $1,000+ fee and immediate removal.

Must be 21+ to book.

No third party bookings. The person booking must be staying at the property.
All guests must be added to the reservation for safety and transparency.

Max occupancy must be respected. Unauthorized guests: $50 per person.

Up to 2 day guests allowed without approval, must leave by 10 PM.

No smoking indoors or near open windows. $250 cleaning fee applies.

No Pets
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

No fireworks.

No disrespectful behavior toward neighbors or others.

Violation of any rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
