Very nice maintained property, just outside of central area (5 minutes walk), very good staff and breakfast, very walkable

Location is very good. Very near to the night market and convenient shops and a massage parlour across the street. A basic hotel. Staff is friendly and understand little English. Communication a bit hard. My room need some repair. Door lock and toilet knob broken.
