We’ve stayed at just about every hotel between Austin and Colorado over years of making this drive 3–4 times a year, and this Aloft is consistently the best stop. It’s clean, well-located with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and genuinely dog-friendly—they don’t charge for pets, and both staff and guests are welcoming to our two high-energy golden retrievers. On a recent stay, we accidentally left medication in the room fridge, and when we passed back through a week later the staff had kept it safely stored for us. That kind of follow-through and kindness is rare and appreciated.

They have 6 cardio machines. Well, they have 5 large paperweights and a sort of may work when it wants to elliptical. Water in the gym doesn’t work. Their solution is a pass to the gym nearby. I don’t want to deal with the time it takes to go to another location or th liability forms at Trufit. I’ve previously been a pretty loyal Aloft customer due to a minimum expectation of standards. That’s why chains exist, after all. This stay has been enough to destroy that expectation.

Hotel was great, has kind of a new age industrial vibe. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great. Fridge was nice to have. Is in same parking lot as outlet stores and a Costco, plenty of places to walk to and eat.

Carpets are stained, bed had crumbs in it, bathroom mirror had toothpaste on it, plug at bathroom sink was not safe to use, glasses at bathroom sink were not clean, I had to wake up the front desk person twice to check out. To much too mention... would not recommend.
